Sarah Rees Brennan

Sarah Reens Brennan nasceu na Irlanda, em 1983, mas já viveu em Nova Iorque e em Londres, onde aliás estudou Escrita Criativa. Em jovem já lia Jane Austen, Margaret Mahy, Anthony Trollope, Robin McKinley e Diana Wynne Jones, e ainda hoje são estes os seus autores de referência. Afirma ter começado a escrever aos cinco anos, mas a sua carreira de escritora começou oficialmente em 2009 com a publicação do seu primeiro romance para jovens, sendo neste género que tem vindo a colher o reconhecimento no meio literário.
