The Life Story of David Lloyd George was the first ever biopic of a living Prime Minister. A lavishly filmed silent movie, it charted the rise of the wartime leader from the Welsh Valleys. Just after the close of the Great War - as the film was destined for the big screen - lawyers paid GBP20,000 to cancel the movie's release. To this day, nobody knows why. Steve examines the evidence and asks whether it's a case of political shenanigans or personal peccadilloes.
