SOBRE O AUTOR

Aisling Fowler

Aisling Fowler nasceu em 1985 e, embora desejasse ter crescido num reino mágico e montanhoso, na realidade foi criada em Surrey à base de livros e da série Buffy – Caçadora de Vampiros. Surpreendentemente, as suas primeiras histórias de «aventuras» continham pouca ação e, de modo educado, as editoras declinaram o seu primeiro romance (de 3 páginas) aos 11 anos de idade. Após a conclusão de uma licenciatura em Biologia, trabalhou como assistente social e, posteriormente, como enfermeira. A ideia do seu romance de estreia, Renascer do fogo, surgiu-lhe nas suas idas e vindas entre Londres e os EUA. Agora vive no bairro londrino de Hackney e, quando não está a ler nem a escrever, Aisling adora cozinhar e magicar aventuras (tanto para si própria como para as suas personagens de ficção).
