Eddie Boyd

Eddie Boyd foi um lendário pianista e cantor de blues americano que deixou uma marca indelével na história da música. Nascido em Mississippi em 1914, Boyd mudou-se para Chicago na década de 1940, onde se tornou uma figura central na cena blues local. Com o seu talento como pianista e a sua voz cativante, Boyd criou um som único que combinava o blues tradicional com elementos do jazz e do rhythm and blues. Com canções como "Five Long Years" e "24 Hours", Boyd conquistou uma legião de fãs em todo o mundo e tornou-se uma das figuras mais importantes do blues americano. Além da sua música, Boyd também foi um ativista pelos direitos civis, lutando contra a segregação racial.
