Portland, Oregon painter, Betty Chilstrom, chronicled Portland's historic homes, architecture, and cityscapes from 1955 to1995. Told by Betty's daughter, this is the story of her life, evolution as an artist, and how she came to create a stunning, painterly archive of historic Portland architecture, before urban renewal swept much of it away.
