The Very Bad Thing

The story of recovery from a traumatic event. In this picture book, with the sea as a metaphor, a young sailor navigates through a terrible storm. The sailor feels alone and can not find a way out of the situation until they call for help. When help appears the sailor is able to find the support needed to survive and move on with their life.
