The Transit Regime For Landlocked States

Focusing on the link between international law and development, this study reviews the evolutionary features of the transit regime of landlocked States. It provides a historical account of the legal and political relations amongst landlocked and transit countries, and examines the problems and difficulties that these countries have faced.
