Richard Matheson

Richard Matheson (1926-2013) é autor de vários romances e contos. Escreveu em diversos géneros, incluindo fantasia, horror, paranormal, suspense, ficção científica e western. Além de livros, escreveu para a televisão (incluindo The Twilight Zone e Star Trek) e argumentos para vários filmes. Muitos dos seus romances e contos foram adaptados ao cinema, incluindo Sou Uma Lenda, Bid Time Return e The Shrinking Man. Entre os prémios que recebeu estão o Fantasy Award e o Bram Stoker Award, ambos pelo conjunto da obra, o Hugo Award, o Edgar Award, o Spur Award para Melhor Romance Western e prémios da Writers Guild.
