Chuks I. Ndukwe's wish of becoming electrical engineer became a fantasy; his family could not fund his high school education. Suddenly everything changed; his teacher helped him gain admission to a vocational high school, a scholarship to a technical college, and became the first African electrical supervisor at the Nigerian Refinery.
