Simon Hawke, suspects a classified program he developed has been used to breach a military databases. If so, the hacker holds the power to wreak havoc on a global scale. Simon and his Special Ops colleagues attend a top-secret summit in an attempt to unmask their cunning adversary. What he finds is an enchantress with an unusual armory of weapons.
