Superheroes are common in Oliver's world. He doesn't care; he's just trying to survive his internship. Then he mistakenly takes the super serum. If Oliver can survive the endless on-the-job training sessions, the very tight suit, and getting thrown through the occasional wall, he might stop the bad guy and save the world. No biggie.
