Strategies For Promoting Pluralism In Education And The Workplace

This work proposes several models to serve as a framework for multicultural diversity programmes, in both education and the workplace. The implementation of programmes which target the workplace, and specific strategies for success, are identified and evaluated from a pluralist perspective.
