Social Work In A Risk Society

Based on contemporary social theory and taking into account the changes in the field, this text aims to construct a different way of thinking about social work. It draws on themes in the work of theorists, such as Beck, Giddens, Rose - risk, identity, and governmentality - to explore the impact of risk society and neo-liberalism on social work.
