Putting Evidence Into Practice

Since 2006, the highly-successful Putting Evidence Into Practice (PEP) cards have helped thousands of oncology nurses implement evidence-based interventions into their practice, improving nursing-sensitive patient outcomes. Now, the ONS PEP resources have been collected into a new volume, including the updated PEP resources (volumes 1-4) and assessment and measurement tools. The book also provides ideas for patient care and organizational use, and case studies to illustrate application of the tool. ONS PEP resources were designed to provide nurses, from novice and experienced oncology nurses to advanced practice nurses and nurse scientists, with current evidence to help guide nursing practice. This new book places all the PEP resources at the fingertips of oncology nurses, providing clinicians with a comprehensive resource they can use to guide their daily practice
