Preaching Mark In Two Voices

Reinterpreting Mark through sermons preached out of every different socio-cultural context, this work draws parallels between Mark's message and his African American church heritage of slavery and oppression. It also wrestles with making the gospel relevant to well-educated white suburbanites.
