Binyon's 'For the Fallen' is the most famous poem written about the First World War, read at Services of Remembrance and carved onto war memorials. He was a medical orderly in a Front Line hospital. He survived to write about the outbreak of war again in 1939. This collection brings together for the first time the poems he wrote about both wars.
