Dodger is a tosher, making a living from what he can find in the dingy sewers of Victorian London, but a vicious assault on a beautiful young girl forces him over ground. Soon Dodger finds himself ducking, weaving and dodging through London's high society as he tries to unravel the mystery of the attack. But will the attackers find him first?
