Roxie Sanchez, a thirty something girl finds an eccentric flea market vendor dead in his van. Unbeknownst to her she inherits his estate., which includes a boat, a ramshackle house and expensive art. Within short order she finds that she is now the target of the killers who want their stolen art back.
