Making Csr Happen

Companies are under pressure to report on the intangible, non-financial factors influencing their performance. The impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies is of major importance in this context. This report contains case studies of 12 companies active in CSR, each one showing the link between CSR policies and people management.
