As minhas expectativas estavam altas tendo em conta o quanto adorei os livros anteriores…não fiquei desiludida! Os mistérios adensaram-se e as teorias que tinha caíram por terra com cada passagem. Os plot twists são reais. A leitura é rápida e ficamos “agarrados” para tentar perceber afinal o que se passa e como vai acabar a história. Trata-se de um livro mais ousado e talvez por isso não seja tão adequado a leitores mais novos. Resumidamente…vale muito a pena ler!

Este livro é a melhor conclusão possível para esta trilogia! Este livro tem de tudo, intriga, mistério, revelações, dor, amor... Quando terminarem vão ficar com uma ressaca literária tal como eu fiquei, não vão conseguir pegar em mais nenhum livro sem se lembrarem deste e das suas personagens! Quem me dera que o livro não terminasse, amei tanto que só quero mais.

Kerri Maniscalco cresceu numa casa semiassombrada nos arredores de Nova Iorque, onde teve início o seu fascínio por este tipo de cenários e ambientes. A avó de Kerri, Victoria – cujos pais emigraram de Sciacca, na Sicília, para os Estados Unidos –, era uma leitora ávida e o seu amor pelos livros foi transmitido para a filha e, depois, para Kerri. Até hoje, uma das tradições mais adoráveis na família ocorre no Natal, quando os pais de Kerri lhe oferecem de presente um livro especial, de encadernação exclusiva.
