Fun With Words

Fun with Words contains photocopiable creative activities that will stretch more able key stage 2 children working towards levels 5 and 6. The activities link closely to the new (September 2014) National Curriculum for England, encouraging pupils to enjoy, understand and manipulate language. Children are encouraged to solve and create riddles and to experiment with words in a variety of wordplay activities, such as playing with words, discovering anagrams and exploring jokes based on homophones.
