Prefácio

Os ensaios em Direito Internacional Público, do Doutor Nuno Marques Antunes, que ora são publicados em colectânea, versam principalmente sobre Direito do Mar ou sobre matérias respeitantes a técnicas extra-jurídicas necessárias à formulação ou aplicação de soluções próprias daquele. Neste último campo é particularmente significativo o estudo "The Importance of the Tidal Datum in the Definition of the Maritime Limits". Só excedem o âmbito do Direito do Mar o ensaio sobre "Estoppel, Acquiescence and Recognition in Territorial and Boundary Disputes" e o estudo "The Erítrea-Yemen Arbitration: First Stage".[…]
