Coquelle Thompson, Athabaskan Witness

Coquelle Thompson was an Upper Coquille Athabaskan Indian from the Oregon coast. During his lifetime he worked as farmer, hunting guide, teamster, tribal policeman, and served as expert witness on Upper Coquille life and culture for anthropologists. This volume includes an examination of the works of six anthropologists who interviewed Thompson.
