Fifty years ago Maggie left Ireland with a suitcase and a dream. She is enjoying retirement until she falls. To regain her independence, she hires Isobel, who finds a cache of letters that contain a secret that threatens to destroy her life and that of the people around her. With little time left, she has to choose - give up, or face her past.
