A Land Gone Lonesome

Beginning in Yukon Territory, Canada, Dan O'Neill journeyed in a canoe down the Yukon River to Circle City, Alaska. This work tells the story of his experiences, and of some of the unique characters he encountered along the way, such as Charley River Charlie at his fish camp in a dog-fur vest, and a Russian born Canadian geologist.
