The Ellis family all contributed to the development of their beloved Birmingham in one way or another and most of them found their resting place there. This book tells the story of the Ellis family - starting in the 1700s in Deritend, Birmingham, then traveling to the new colonies, before returning full circle to Birmingham in the 1800s.
