In the following years, the band continued to release successful albums, including Surtur Rising (2011), Deceiver of the Gods (2013), and Jomsviking (2016), the band's first concept album, which tells the story of a Viking warrior seeking revenge. Berserker (2019) was another success, further exploring Norse mythology with a vigorous and powerful sound.

Amon Amarth is known not only for its music, but also for its intense and theatrical live performances, which often include Viking sets and battle reenactments, creating an immersive experience for the audience.
