Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Electric Boom! Summer! It's summer! Let's surf! In 1965, young people all over Japan picked up Mosrite electric guitars and an electric boom was born, triggered by the Ventures' concert in Japan. This year marks the 60th anniversary of that boom. In 2025, the legendary Japanese electric instrument newsletter from the 1970s, "New Eleki Dynamica," will be revived and released to the world. The compilation will be released along with the new newsletter! Included artists: The Gamblers, The Revels, The Challengers, Dick Dale and His Del Tones, The Bel Airs, Bob Vaught and The Renegades, The Lariveleigh Ones, The Astronauts, and more, including rare single-only recordings and world-first CD releases! The Rarities, The Astronauts, and many more! And, of course, Japan's world-class electric instrumental band, The Surf Coasters, will be performing a new song! Expect the best!
