Mott The Hoople

Mott The Hoople foram uma banda de rock britânica formada em 1969. Composta por Ian Hunter, Verden Allen, Dale "Buffin" Griffin, Pete "Overend" Watts e Mick Ralphs, a banda teve um grande impacto no cenário musical britânico dos anos 70. Com uma sonoridade única que combinava elementos do rock clássico, glam rock e do proto-punk, conquistaram uma legião de fãs apaixonados. A banda alcançou o sucesso comercial em 1972, com o lançamento do álbum "All The Young Dudes", produzido por David Bowie. O álbum apresentou a icónica faixa-título, escrita por Bowie, que se tornou um hino da juventude britânica da época. Mott The Hoople continuaram a produzir músicas de sucesso, como "Honaloochie Boogie", "All The Way From Memphis" e "Roll Away The Stone". Também ficaram conhecidos por um estilo arrojado e teatral em palco, liderado pelo carismático vocalista Ian Hunter.
