Speculative fiction of a future world teetered on the edge of collapse by the overpopulation of humans. A planet with minimal life-preserving/saving assistance, withdrawn to drive down the human population, to save us, and the earth, from greater harm. But not everyone can accept this new world order, and set about breaking the law to save lives.
