Bee Wilson é autora de uma coluna semanal sobre culinária, «The Kitchen Thinker», no jornal The Sunday Telegraph, pela qual foi três vezes premiada como jornalista do ano pela Guild of Food Writers. Escreveu os livros The Hive: The Story of the Honeybee and Us e Swindled! Antes de se dedicar à escrita gastronómica era investigadora em História no St. John’s College, em Cambridge.
