Kiran Klaus Patel

Kiran Klaus Patel é titular da cátedra de História Moderna na Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU), onde é também fundador e diretor do Project House Europe, uma plataforma que promove investigação interdisciplinar sobre a Europa.
É um dos mais destacados historiadores de história internacional contemporânea, cujo trabalho se centra na história europeia e dos Estados Unidos, bem como nas organizações internacionais, recorrendo a abordagens comparativas, transnacionais e globais.
Da sua vasta obra, destacam-se The New Deal: A Global History (Princeton University Press, 2016) e Project Europe: A History (Cambridge University Press, 2020).
