The Fourth Horseman

When Laurie's father gets a new job in an out-of-the-way laboratory, she assumes that the project is a straightforward attempt to rescue the red squirrel from extinction. But as time goes on and strange things begin to happen in the woods around the lab, she begins to realise that all may not be as it seems.
