Retired Chicago Homicide Detective, Jack Handler, and his daughter Kate, a New York City homicide detective, with the help of Jack's long-time buddy, Secret Service agent named Roger Minsk, are engaged in the search in Paris for Jack's Sugar Island neighbor.
