Structural Conditionality In Imf-Supported Programs

Reviews changes to the IMF's structural conditionality framework over the decade and finds that there has been some progress in streamlining the use of structural conditionality as well as a modest improvement in compliance. At the same time, the report concludes that many of the issues raised in the 2007 evaluation remain salient.
