Rural Poverty And The Urban Crisis

This work discusses rural poverty and the resulting migration to large cities that it frequently fosters as this pattern affects areas all across America. Proposed solutions to the problems of rural poverty--rural industrialization, the creation of intermediate-size cities, the relocation of labor--are also analyzed.
