Reforming Korea`S Industrial Conglomerates

An examination of the reasons for the failure of "chaebol" in South Korea: Moral hazard? Bad internal management? The author compares answers to these questions with policy changes introduced in Korea in response to the economic crisis, and makes recommendations for fixing structural problems.
