Non-Equilibrium Processing Of Materials

To make improvements in properties of materials such that they are stronger, and capable of use at high temperatures, can be achieved by processing the materials under far-from-equilibrium (or non-equilibrium) conditions. This work describes the principles, processing techniques, special features of the materials produced, and their applications.
