Michael Chabon is the author of the best-selling book. The incredible adventures of Cavalier & ClayThe Yiddish Policemen's Union, which won the 2001 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction, won the Nebula Award, the Locus Award, the Hugo Award, and the Sidewise Award for Alternate History, and was nominated for the British Science Fiction Association Award and the Edgar Allan Poe Award. It will soon be adapted into a film by Joel and Ethan Coen.
He lives in Berkeley, California, with his wife, the novelist Ayelet Waldman, and their children.
