An innocent young couple migrate from the outer suburbs to Melbourne's red light district. Here they find a society that has gone mad. A society whose opinions are formed by newspapers like the Daily Liar, where all the money has holes in it and where, about the only thing you're allowed to get without your ID is a cold sore.
