On a chilly Fall morning in 1953, a scientist working for the CIA on mind-control experiments walked off the 10th-floor balcony of the Statler Hotel. He had become disenchanted with the bizarre work he had been doing. History does tend to repeat itself, but this time Harry is ready to fight the forces of extremism denying them the levers of power.
