Burial Customs In Southern Scandinavia

This doctoral thesis in archaeology is a comparative study of gender perspectives in archaeological research. Disparate approaches to studying gender formations and relations are analysed with reference to remains of ritual activities in graves from the Roman Iron Age in Southern Scandinavia.
