Painkiller is a modern reimagining of the classic action franchise, combining frenetic combat, detailed gothic environments, and online co-op for up to three players, as well as offline play. Face hordes of demons and titanic creatures as you traverse the dark biomes of Purgatory.

After your crimes against Heaven, you were condemned to a prison in Purgatory. However, the Voice of the Creator offers you a chance at redemption: join the Champions and stop the fallen angel Azazel from unleashing his demonic armies upon Earth. Along the way, you will face demonic hordes, monstrous Nephilim, and countless grotesque creatures.
