The Brimstone Society summons Rayne for one final mission: to lead a group of soldiers through a massive underground castle to confront her own father, Kagan. When her escort proves ineffective against supernatural forces, it falls to Rayne to run, jump, slash, and feed her way through grotesque enemies, deadly traps, challenging platforming sections, and monstrous bosses. This may be her last job—it remains to be seen whether she will survive or be buried six feet under.

The original creator WayForward updates the classic 2011 2D hack 'n slash platformer with high-resolution visuals, technical enhancements, and new voice acting from original cast members, including Laura Bailey (Rayne) and Troy Baker (Kagan). BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites brings together the series' most iconic elements in an intense and bloody experience across fifteen challenging levels.
