INFORMATION

As part of preparations for the new sports season, improvements are being made to the stadium. Therefore, it has been necessary to temporarily alter the tour route, effective from May 18, 2026.
Please be advised that during this period:
- Visits are not limited to just the stadium;
- Can I visit the Stadium and the Museum, or just the Museum?
The route is not accessible to visitors in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, as it includes areas with stairs to climb and descend, and there is no elevator access.

Access will continue to be from the outside, through Gate 1/12, where the ticket office is also located, inside Gate 12, or through the underground parking via stairs 5 (next to Gate B).

The new route will be as follows:
1. Hallway 12 (start of the tour)
2. Museum
3. Emerald Lounge
4. Circulation ring
5. West side of the pitch, continuing along the technical area next to the pitch to the visiting team's bench.
6. Visitors' bathing area

The visit ends at the same place it started.
After the tour ends, visitors can return to the Museum, which closes at 6 PM.

Stadium Tour & Museum Schedule

Every day! *
11h00 | 12:00 | 2pm | 3pm | 4pm | 17:00
Domestic home games: Only stadium visits are allowed, at 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.
European/international home games: There are no tours on the day of the game. The day before, tours are only allowed at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Museum Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:30 PM).


Information

No appointment needed; simply present your voucher at the Tour ticket office in the VIP Hall, access via Gate 1/VIP Hall Gate or Gate B of the parking lot. You should arrive 15 minutes in advance.

*Note: Due to construction work at the José Alvalade Stadium and/or external restrictions, visiting hours or route changes may occur without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding. Closed on December 25th and January 1st.
