The Aljubarrota Battle Interpretation Centre (CIBA) is a project of the Aljubarrota Battle Foundation to safeguard and enhance the heritage related to the São Jorge Military Camp.
Its exhibition area focuses on an in-depth look at the Battle of Aljubarrota, giving expression to the context of Portuguese history and knowledge, in a vision that results from the confluence of multiple iconographic and documentary sources and research tools. The materialization of the concept of entertainment and education is realized in four spaces, where different exhibition supports are used: in the first exhibition core, the archaeological campaigns of the Anglo-Saxon-inspired defensive system, unprecedented in Portugal and Europe, are documented, and circumstances and events of the time are also chronologically systematized.

In the second section, one can witness a grand spectacle using the latest multimedia technologies, based on research conducted by the Foundation. In this room, a panoramic projection is shown, contextualizing the Battle of Aljubarrota and the movements of the two armies.

The third section is dedicated to various interpretations and perspectives on Aljubarrota throughout history, exploring different scientific and literary approaches. It highlights the exhibition and study of bones of Aljubarrota combatants found on the battlefield. The fourth section is presented in the Center's outdoor space, marking locations of great importance during the battle.
There is also an Educational Service area in the Interpretation Centre, where activities are carried out for various age groups that help to explain the terms and content relating to the period of the Battle of Aljubarrota.
