Nasceu a 21 de julho de 1984 no Porto, distrito onde sempre viveu. Licenciada em Educação de Infância e Ciências da Nutrição. Escreveu o livro: "A Minha Grande Perda Por Covid-19" em homenagem ao seu Pai, por quem tem um amor imensurável. Esteve nomeada como melhor obra na categoria não ficção. Decidiu agora, abraçar um outro desafio, onde pudesse expor de uma forma lúdica, educativa e informativa, alguns temas e preconceitos que imperam no público mais jovem e também numa sociedade heterogénea.
