Will Guidara

Natural de Nova Iorque, nos Estados Unidos da América, Will Guidara está ligado à restauração desde os 13 anos. Licenciou-se na Escola de Administração de Hotéis da Universidade de Cornell e frequentou escolas de culinária no norte de Espanha, tendo depois iniciado a formação e o treino no restaurante Spago Beverly Hills. Assumiria o controlo do restaurante Eleven Madison Park, em Nova Iorque, que sob a sua liderança receberia inúmeros prémios, incluindo três estrelas Michelin e um primeiro lugar na lista dos melhores restaurantes do mundo, além de sete prémios da James Beard Foundation, incluindo os de melhor restaurante e o de melhor atendimento ao cliente nos EUA.
