Wendelin Van Draanen

Wendelin Van Draanen já foi tudo, profissionalmente falando, desde condutora de empilhadores até professora do liceu, mas goza agora a vida como escritora a tempo inteiro. É a autora de Flipped, Swear to Howdy e da popular série de mistério Sammy Keyes, cujo primeiro primeiro volume, Sammy Keyes and the Hotel Thief, recebeu o prémio Edgar Allan Poe de 1999 para melhor livro infantil de mistério. Wendelin Van Draanen vive com o marido e dois filhos no centro da Califórnia. Entre os seus passatempos incluem-se a leitura, a corrida, e o rock'n'roll.
