Adepto e praticante incondicio¬nal dos desportos de aventura e com mais de quatro décadas de experiência, busca almejar a sua plenitude numa simbiose perfeita entre a aventura e a natureza.
É praticante das seguintes modali¬dades: caminhada, montanhismo, escalada, boulder, via ferrata, geo¬caching, BTT, cicloturismo, orien¬tação pedestre, tiro com arco, sla¬ckline, canoagem, stand up paddle, parapente e sobrevivência.

- Curso de Escalada;
- Curso de Parapente;
- Curso de Instrutor de Parapente;
- Piloto de Parapente em bilugar.
